Instructions:

If you're changing from a 3G phone to a 3G phone:
  • Fill out the e-mail, phone number, old esn/meid, new esn/meid (14-digits in each section)

If you're changing from a 3G phone to a 4G phone:
  • A page plus sim card is REQUIRED. Order here.
  • Fill out the e-mail, phone number, old esn/meid (14-digits), new imei (15-digits), and new sim card iccid number (20-digits)

If you're changing from a 4G phone to a 4G phone:
  • Fill out the e-mail, phone number, old imei (15-digits), new imei (15-digits), and enter your existing sim card iccid number (20-digits)


Your ESN Change will be processed instantly!
The phone number on your current phone will be moved to the new phone within 2 minutes, as long as the new phone has a clean ESN / MEID / IMEI #, and isn't active on any other network. Switching phones on Page Plus has never been easier!

If you experience any issues with your ESN change, please e-mail us as soon as possible at info@exclusivecellular.com , with subject (ESN CHANGE), and make sure to include your phone number, old meid, and new meid in the e-mail. Page Plus Cellular's servers have been acting funky lately, and sometimes require an extra "nudge" for certain transactions to go through. We're here to help!

BEFORE PROCESSING AN ESN CHANGE, PLEASE READ:

You must verify your new phone has a clean ESN, prior to submitting an ESN Change request. 
If your new phone is blacklisted (for non payment / lost / stolen), it will not work on Page Plus Cellular! 

You can verify your ESN status by visiting www.swappa.com.

Your new phone must be a Verizon device, in order to function on Page Plus Cellular. We can no longer activate non-Verizon phones on Page Plus Cellular, including Verizon Prepaid phones. There is absolutely no way around this new rule. Verizon 4G LTE phones require a Page Plus Cellular sim card to function. If you don't yet have a Page Plus sim card, order one from our 4G LTE page and it'll ship out same day (MON-FRI). We cannot process an ESN change to a 4G LTE phone without a Page Plus sim card.

How does it work?

Submit your info above, and your PagePlus Cellular phone number is transferred from the Old Phone to the New Phone, and then you recieve an e-mail confirmation telling you it was successfully completed, with instructions on what to do next. 

If your new phone is already active on another carrier, active on page plus, blacklisted for any reason, or not compatible with page plus, it will not work. 

Please ensure your new phone is a compatible Verizon device prior to performing an ESN Change, and not active on any other network, or page plus. If your phone is a Verizon Prepaid phone, DO NOT process an ESN change, it will not work! Must be a Verizon non-prepaid phone.

What do I do next?

Wait for a confirmation e-mail, you'll get all the instructions you need in just a few short minutes. If you don't receive an e-mail in a few minutes, please contact us at info@exclusivecellular.com with your phone number, old meid, and new meid. If you're switching to a 4G LTE phone, make sure to include the new phone's IMEI # and your Page Plus Cellular SIM card ICCID #.

Why didn't my ESN Change go through?

There's a lot of reasons that your ESN Change may have not gone through, such as the following:
1. Your new phone is already active on Page Plus
2. Your new phone has a bad esn / past due account with another carrier
3. You may have entered the wrong MEID in either box
4. The new phone isn't compatible with Page Plus (Any non-Verizon phone, or Verizon Prepaid phones CANNOT be used with Page Plus)
5. You're trying to move your phone number to a 4G device, but didn't enter a Page Plus Cellular sim card number in the "ICCID" box. Verizon sim cards can't be used.
