Do not contact us with questions about your refill, if it hasn't been 3 hours since the time you purchased (while we're open for business). If you purchase before our regular business hours, it will be applied within the 3 hour timeframe of our opening for that business day. If you purchase after we close for the day, it will be applied next business day, within 3 hours of our opening. Sending multiple e-mails will NOT get a response.

Refills purchased from Exclusive Cellular may take up to 3 hours to be applied, during normal business hours. Reading through our website can save you a lot of time & frustration, if you're in a hurry. We open at 12pm (noon) Eastern Time, daily. Typically, refills are applied before 1:00pm Eastern Time if purchased the night before / early morning.
