Purchase the refill above by entering your Page Plus phone number, choose your refill, and click "Pay Now". We take care of the rest!
If you do not add your phone number in the "Page Plus Number For Refill" section: We will send you an e-mail as soon as possible requesting you to send us the phone number to refill. Please make sure to check your e-mail ( the one you use to login to PayPal ), if you forget to include your phone number.
On average, our refill service can take anywhere from 20 minutes - 3 hours, during normal business hours (listed below). Please be patient, as we are always working very hard to ensure each and every customer gets the attention and help they deserve. You will receive an e-mail when your refill is applied to your account, stating the refill has been applied.

When purchasing a Page Plus Cellular Monthly Plan Refill, we can "stack" it on your Page Plus account, for auto-renewal on your expiration date.
- By "stacking a refill", you'll never be without service! Your phone will automatically renew at 11:59pm on your expiration date!
- Instead of waiting for your refill to be applied, the day your phone runs out, purchase it 1-2 days in advance, and we will "stack" your refill on your account automatically. No more worrying about how long your refill is going to take!
- Simply purchase your refill ahead of time (so long as it's the same plan you're currently on), and we will automatically stack it for auto renewal!
- You can "stack" up to 10 refills on your account at a time! Pay up front, and we do the rest!
Brand new to Page Plus? Read the following!
Your phone MUST be programmed to Page Plus Cellular for a refill / renewal give you service!
- Please make sure your phone is programmed (by dialing *228), and working, before purchasing a refill
- If using a 4G LTE device, or anything other than a Verizon 3G phone, you will need to have your phone flashed!
- When you activated your phone, you received a new phone number, make sure that new phone number is active on your phone!
- You will know your phone is working with the newly activated number when you go to make your first call. It will say "welcome to your prepaid wireless service, to choose English as your messaging language, press 1", and then "your account is now active, your balance is $2.00"
- If your phone is still active on the old carrier, it must be removed from that account before it'll work on Page Plus Cellular with a newly activated number
- Do NOT purchase a refill in hopes that it will get your phone working! ONLY when your phone has been successfully programmed, and tells you the message above, will you know that your phone is active on Page Plus Cellular
Want to switch plans?
If you've already got an active with plan with page plus, purchasing a different plan (or refill) will not "stack" on your account. It will automatically apply to the account, which will force you off your old plan, and begin your new months service immediately. Do not buy a different refill than the plan that you're currently on, unless you know that you will lose any remaining minutes / text / data from your current plan. If you intentionally want to start a new plan (going from $39.95 to $55 plan) to get more data / calls / texts, you can purchase a different refill, and we will apply it, making the refill start immediately.
How do I find out how many minutes I have left?
To get your current expiration date, or your remaining minutes / text / data, you can text BAL to 7243 at any time, for an automatic reply containing your account information.
If your expiration date is 12/12, your phone will shut off on 12/12 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.
