1. Keep this page open until you get our confirmation e-mail
It's an automated system. When your activation / esn change goes through, you should recieve a confirmation e-mail (check spam folder). Make sure to keep this page open, incase you don't receive the confirmation e-mail.
For ESN Changes, only go to Step 5 using the instructions below
To finish your Activation / ESN Change, please follow the steps below:
(This will not work on Sprint phones or Verizon 4G LTE phones, as they require flashing to function on Page Plus)
1. Dial *228 and press SEND or CALL on your new phone to begin programming
3. Listen to the awesome elevator music, until it stops
4. After programming is done, reboot your phone by powering it down, and turning it back on (if it doesn't automatically)
5. Once it boots up, make a test call to ensure the phone is working
6. You're now prompted to pick your messaging language, select your messaging language (choose 1 for English)
7. Use our free $2.00 credit (added at activation) to test your phone, and ensure the device is fully functioning on Page Plus Cellular
8. Add a plan (or add minutes) by using the form directly below! Don't add the plan until you're sure the phone is fully working by following the steps listed above. If your phone isn't able to make calls, do not add a plan until you're sure the phone is working properly.
NOTE: If you're having a problem dialing *228, try dialing *22890, and press SEND / CALL, sometimes this works instead of *228
For ESN Changes, only go to Step 5 using the instructions below

- (It's going to say "Welcome to Verizon Wireless programming", this is what you want it to say! Go to step 2!)

2. Purchase a Plan
Now that you've activated your phone on Page Plus Cellular, you're going to want to add a plan as soon as possible, and get your service started! Select a plan above, using the drop-down menu, and enter your Page Plus phone number (from the e-mail you're about to receive), and we will apply the refill for you! Make sure your phone is 100% working prior to adding a plan, so you're not out any money! You will need to follow the steps above (dial *228, press SEND / CALL, and choose OPTION 1 when prompted) to program your phone. If using a 4G LTE phone, or any phone that's not a Verizon 3G device, it may need to be flashed.
